I bought this to help my husband who has chronic shoulder pain from over using his shoulder at work.
He has been using it for about 20 minutes a night after work, for a few weeks.
We also changed the supplements he was taking and he says, although his shoulder isn't completely back to normal, there is significant improvement.
This machine is STRONG.
It works very well. He finds going past level 3 very uncomfortable so there is plenty of strength levels to suit people's needs.

Great little product. Just arrived and I already used it to calm my sciatica. Tiny little handheld. Easy to use, good display. Powerful - I found 4/5 to be very strong so 20 would be really strong. There's a bunch of preprogrammed combo routines on it for massage and tens. Also 20 different patterns, some massage and some tens. The little plates for storing the pads are really nice and have a thing to wrap the cord to keep it neat and tidy. Box is nice to store it all in. Looks good and feels like good quality.
