This is an awesome pre-workout. I'm no stranger to pre workouts and I have been using them for six years. Over the years of trial-and-error I have learned what I like and what I don't like in a pre-workout. This product has everything that I am looking for and I could not be happier with it.
The taste is delicious, but of course of subjective, some people will love it some people not so much.... but for me the Berry flavor is delicious without being overly sweet. Its like a modest blue raspberry flavour.
I love how they have broken down the ingredients profile into individual ingredients and not a proprietary blend. I like knowing exactly how much of each ingredient I am getting, especially when they indicate how much in half a scoop and one full scoop.
Using that as a guide, it's nice to be able to go half or full scoop depending on your existing energy level pre-workout or even what time of day you use the product, as you may not want a full scoop close to bedtime.
This is a 60 serving container or 30 servings if you use a full scoop. At a full scoop, which I would recommend for experienced pre-workout users, you are getting a large dose of beta alanine and significant dose of creatine and very effective doses of all of the other energy and focus ingredients. 320 mg caffeine is no joke but certainly not excessive like we see in some pre workouts that have 400 or even 500 milligrams of caffeine. To me, 300mg is the sweet spot.
Within 10 minutes of taking this product I could feel the beta alanine tingles kicking in, which I love, and I could feel the energy that I look forward to prior to my workout. The citrulline and arginine give me a good pump and the caffeine and synephrine give me the energy to puah through a tough workout. The addition of l-theanine is fantastic as it allows me to take an energizing product such as this without feeling the crash that sometimes follows.
This is now one of my favorite pre workouts and I will definitely buy it again!
